Remote & Local Notary Service
We offer notary services seven days a week. Schedule an appointment in our office, at your home or at a coffee shop.
Online Digital Notary Services
Online notarization has become more common and is widely accepted. We are licensed and utilize an easy to use application. You will need a webcam and customary ID.
Owners & Encumbrance Report
We provide a report listing current owners and open mortgages or liens. The O&E report does not state that the title is clear of if the mortgages are valid and in force.
Deed Transfers & Recordings
Deed preparation and recording services. We record and prepare all types of deeds. We collect a doc prep fee and recording fee.
Online Document Recording
The most common recordings in Minnesota are mortgages, deeds, assignments, releases, satisfactions and mechanic. We record many legal property documents online or direct to county recorders.
Probate Closing Service
North Title will assist with transfer of death deeds along with affidavit of survivorship upon passing.

We provide divorce attorneys discounted services for Broker Price Opinions and Owners & Encumbrance Reports.
REO & Bank Owned Homes

Remote and Local Notary Service
A licensed notary is typically required to approve signatures on official documents related to Real Estate, Wills, Power of Attorney and many more. For example, we can help you sign contracts and other important legal forms, like mortgages or home equity loans. We are licensed real estate closers. We are also licensed for online notarization and can typically record documents online. We travel to you for notarization for a small fee or we can assign a notary in an area closer to you.
Price Details
In-Office Notary
A charge of $20 for notarization of documents not related to title, call for after hour pricing.
Remote Notary
A charge of $75 for remote notarization within the metro during normal operating hours, call for after hour pricing.
In-Office Mortgage Closing
An in-office closing for a third party Title Company or Mortgage Company is $150 during normal operating hours, call for after hour pricing.
Remote Mortgage Closing
A remote closing for a third party Title Company or Mortgage Company is $200 during normal operating hours and within 30 miles. An additional trip charge of a $100 for up to 90 miles. Call for rates for rates outside of the greater metro.
